The real problem now is keeping the squad together. Dimitri will be having his ears chewed off about how he deserves better than what we can offer. If he decides to go then the squad is going to be like a house of cards unless we're in the mix for the league come January, and that's highly unlikely from what I've seen so far this season.

Yeah, we should be well pleased we lost out on Europa League to a tin pot club. We can concentrate on not getting relegated now.

Christ there are some pricks on here.
With the depleted squad and every Premier League club itching to come and play at out great new stadium this may be a blessing in disguise.
We have a tough season ahead.

Injury list isn't an excuse, as we went out to a pisspot club. being overwhelming favourites. We didn't even do as well as last season, and we threw a third string out for that.

Sullivan will be rightly fuming and now we know why he didn't give him that new deal. A long way back for Bilic right now and playing in that bowl aint gonna help.

For me the only way they can salvaged this season now is to win one of the cups.
No chance of top 4 so nothing else will suffice.

I can't see Sullivan being too quick to give Bilic another contract.
He has put a load of pressure on himself now to deliver a decent season when considering the humiliation of bombing out in Europe AGAIN.
Honestly in complete shock at how we managed to be so shit.
